On July 8th, Sabrina released a third cover for Man’s Best Friend, this one a gorgeous shot of her being surrounded by flowers (gifts from men?) and dressed in lingerie and lace. The vinyl is available for preorder now exclusively on rose vinyl 🌷. This new cover comes after the criticism of her first two album covers but to be honest? People just hate to see a bad bitch stay winning.

Continuing to promote Prada Beauty, Sabrina posted a TikTok showing her using (sorta kinda), Prada’s new Banana lip balm. (Prada Brand analysis coming soon...)

According to Sabrina’s website…on August 22nd, she will be heading Roblox’s Bloxchella festival along with Olivia Rodrigo and Ariana Grande? Is this how we will be getting the first official LivBrina picture? Bloxchella? Virtual as it may be.

While she made few big moves, Sabrina was spotted multiple times with fans in Italy this week, evidently on vacation post her London festival performances. A well deserved vacation before the album release!

Since it’s a slow week, let’s rewind and take a look at all the Man’s Best Friend covers we’ve gotten so far…and rank them.

#1. The Original - The original remains my personal favorite. Until we hear the full album, we’re not going to 100% understand just what exactly Sabrina is trying to convey here, but to me it’s obvious. I think Sabrina thought it would be more of a silly goofy metaphor than a political statement as people seemed to take it. Man’s Best Friend = Dog. Dog = Bitch. Men treat her like a bitch and she’s clearly posed like one with her hair being held as a leash…no? Also she just looks so so gorgeous here I can’t wait for my vinyl to come in.

(Also going to be so honest guys? I’m a bit of a freak I think the picture is hot sorry.)

#2. Alternate #3 - This is a gorgeous gorgeous cover. While I do love the original, it does seem like more of a single cover than an overall album cover. Alt #2 feels like an album cover. The colors in this picture are stunning and the vinyl being pink?? chefs kiss.

#3. Alternate #2 - I loveeee a Marilyn Monroe reference. I love how it’s black and white with Sabrina illuminated in white and all the men kinda merging into a black mass in the background. If I had one critique it would be that I wish Sabrina was hanging off the man a bit more like in the original Marilyn pic. Other than that? Stunning.

#4. Picture Disk - Fun fact I bought this one first. This one is last not because it’s bad…just has the unfortunate sin of being a painted cover instead of an actual picture of Sabrina. I personally love it though, especially the writing up top.

Short n’ Sweet had 5 vinyl covers, the original, the alternate, the second exclusive alternate, and two picture discs, one of them being a Spotify fan Exclusive. So…one more to go? My wallet is ready Sabrina. (It’s not.)

With Man’s Best Friend only being 7 weeks away, we should all be expecting Sabrina to ramp up promotion for the album in the upcoming weeks. Expect interviews, articles, and maybe even a new single before Lollapalooza.
